When The Crows Walk Home
When The Crows Walk Home is an embodied investigation into Britain’s only named wind – The Helm – found solely in the western Northern Pennines, UK. A walk through the fellside – the viewer is taken on a journey by (and with) the wind, moving through seasons and stories (and some sheep!) The film develops the methodology of Sensory Ecological Ethnography – playfully using the wind as a wind(ow) through which to see (and ultimately feel) all enfoldings of the place.
This film is part of Student Films - Landscape Symphonies.
