As dusk fades and another night without electricity falls, the city’s neighbourhoods reveal an unstable nocturnal environment of violence, political conflict and improvised solutions for lighting up the dark.

It explores forms of energy that sit at the intersection of worlds material, spiritual, and human. The film wanders through workshops where experiments, stories, and everyday trivialities underscore an imaginative foundation for Tanzanian techno-futures.
