Broken Bones
On Iran’s Hormuz Island, a local bone-setter who works with the dead and the wounded becomes a quiet witness to the mass death of gazelles. As he collects broken remains, he urges people to see what has happened—not just to the animals but themselves. Broken Bones is a poetic reflection on loss, ecology, and the slow awakening of a forgotten community.
